2.如何申请学习签证？

答：申请者到国际教育学院报名缴费后，我们会准备邀请函。申请者持邀请函到中国驻申请者本国大使馆申请X1签证进入中国。

Q: How to apply student visa?

A: After the registration in School of International Education, we will prepare the invitation. The applicant takes the invitation to the Chinese embassy in his/her native country to apply X1 visa.

3.国际学生申请X1签证入境后，需带什么材料到学校报到？

答：国际学生申请X1签证入境后，需持本人护照原件及复印件、邀请函原件、境外人员住宿登记凭证原件及复印件、健康检查证明书原件及复印件及两寸照片2张到国际教育学院注册缴费。

Q: What documents does the student need to take after he/she comes to China with X1 visa?

A: After the student comes to China with X1 visa, please come to School of International Education to pay the tuition fee with the valid passport (original and copy), invitation, registration voucher of residence for visitors from overseas (original and copy), health certificate (original and copy) and two two-inch photos.

4.学校为国际学生提供住宿吗？

答：目前学校暂时未给国际学生提供宿舍，学生需校外住宿。

Q: Will the college offer accommodation for the international student?

A: The student should live off-campus.

5.学校为国际学生购买保险吗？

答：根据《学校招收和培养国际学生管理办法》，学生需自行购买来华人员综合保险。

Q: According to the "Administrative Measures for School Enrollment and Training of International Students", students need to purchase comprehensive insurance  on their own.

A: The college will buy the insurance for international student. The fee is included in the total one.

6.国际学生持学习签证可以回国吗？

答：在签证有效期可以多次出入境。

Q:If the international student has a study visa, can he or she go back to his or her own county?

A: Yes, the study visa is a multiple visa. He or she can enter or exit China several timesduring the valid period.

7.学习期间是否可以请假？如何办理请假手续？

答：国际学生因病、因事请假，应事先办理请假手续。请假由学生本人提出请假报告，经批准方为有效。学习期间连续请事假不可以超过2天，每个月请事假总数不可以超过3天。

Q: Can the international student ask for leave during school days? How to apply for leave?

A: Yes, in case of illness or any personal affairs, the student should ask permission or submit an approved leave. During the school time, one is not allowed to ask for more than 2 continuous days’ personal affairs’ leave for one time. The total personal affairs’ leave can not surpass 3 days per month.

8.如果国际学生完成一阶段的汉语学习，想继续学习下一阶段，应该怎么办理？

答：每个学期末的时候，相关负责老师会通知大家下一学期的报名和缴费时间，请随时关注学院的相关通知。

Q: How to continue when the international student finishes one semester’s study?

A: In the end of each semester, the teacher will inform all of the international students about the time to register. Please pay close attention to the notice of School of International Education.

9.国际学生在学期间有学习证明吗？学习结束后可获得结业证书吗？

答：国际学生在学习期间可向国际教育学院申请开具学习证明，学习结束后申请开具结业证书。

Q: Could the international student get study certificate during the study period and academic certificate after finishing the study.

A: Yes, the student could go to School of International Education to apply for the study certificate and academic certificate.

10.在校国际学生可申请哪些奖学金？

答：在校国际学生在校学习一学期及以上且各方面表现优异，有机会获得浙江省政府来华国际学生奖学金、义乌市政府来华国际学生奖学金或者义乌工商职业技术学院来华国际学生奖学金。

Q: Which scholarship may the international students apply for?

A: If the international student studies in our college for more than one semester and performs well, he/she has the opportunity to get Zhejiang Government Scholarship for International Students, Yiwu Government Scholarship for International Students or Yiwu Industrial& Commercial College Scholarship for International Students.

11.义乌工商职业技术学院有HSK考试吗？什么时候报名？怎么报名？

12.现在长期班和短期班都有吗？什么时间上课？都有哪些课程？

答：目前只有长期班，短期班还在准备中。上课时间分为上午班和下午班，每周一到周五上午或者下午。课程依照国际学生的水平设立，主要包括综合课、听力课、口语课、读写课、阅读写作课、中国文化课等等。

Q: Are long-term class and short term class available now? When does the international student have classes? What are the courses?

A: At present only long-term class is available. Short-term class is not open yet. The classes will be given from Monday to Friday in the morning or in the afternoon. There are four periods of classes each day. The courses are: comprehensive Chinese, Chinese listening, Chinese speaking, Chinese reading and writing, Chinese reading and writing, Chinese culture and so on.

13.如何进行分班？每个班有多少人？

答：国际学生入学时会进行面试，老师根据其水平进行分班。每个班级一般不超过25人。

Q: How to divide the classes? How many students are there in a class?

A: There will be an interview before dividing the classes. The teacher will put the students of similar abilities into the same class. There usually will be no more than 25 students in a class.
